Forsa

Fórsa is a trade union that represents over 80,000 members in the public service, as well as the commercial sector, state agencies, some private companies and the community and voluntary sector. Forsa wanted a solution that would assist in recording issues that could surface across the various geographic where their resources operated and help with trending these issues. Forsa turned to Team Konnect to develop a mobile application that could record and alert team members as and when any issues were reported. The Team Konnect features required were:-
